Summary: TI has release a $49 wireless development tool in the novel form of a watch. Based on the 16-bit CC430 processor, it includes a three-axis accelerometer, pressure and altitude sensors, a temperature sensor, a voltage and battery monitor, and a CR2032 battery.
TI has release a wireless development tool in the novel form of a watch (and it's available now). Based on the 16-bit CC430 processor, it includes a three-axis accelerometer, pressure and altitude sensors, a temperature sensor, a voltage and battery monitor, and a CR2032 battery. There are hundreds of fun things waiting to happen with an impressive bundle of technology like that ... and at $49 it would be a good deal even if it was only a watch!
