Hello,

at the moment I'm designing a schematic and pcb with LPC1768 from microbuilder eagle library and have got some "problems" with it.

1. I've created a schematic with mcu and some other ics.
2. Connected VSS1 till VSS6 pins to DGND symbol (with junctions)
3. Switched to board designed and placed mcu, crystal and a couple of Cs on pcb.
4. Created a polygon (with name DGND)

So, now it's looking like this:

And here is my problem, DGND-pin is not connected to the polygon:

What is wrong?

Kind regards,
Heinrich

This is just an issue with Eagle that I've gotten used to.  All you have to do is draw a very short trace from the pin onto the edge of the GND plane, press the ratsnest button and it will update it to be connected.

Wow, that's fast :)

So you mean, like a routing of "normal pin" draw very short trace to the polygon and click on ratsnest and it is?

Okay, I'll try it.

Thanks & kind regards,
Heinrich
