NXP Cortex M0 Microprocessors
Information on NXP's LPC1100 Family of ARM Cortex M0 Microprocessors
NXP's ultra-low-power LPC1100 family of chips is based on the ARM Cortex M0 core and is capable of running at speeds up to 50MHz. Chips in this family have up to 32KB Flash and 8KB SRAM, and include a 10-bit ADC, UART, SPI, I²C, and internal 12MHz oscillators. They are extremelt low power devices at a very attractive price point, offering 32-bit performance in an 8-bit power footprint. All chips in this family are available in space-saving QFN33 packaging, or in QFP48 packaging if you require a higher pin count.
